Honda civic Rolling back dash cam accident rear end scam?

As Eric Cheung the poster of the youtube video says "Lucky I did have this dashcam and is well worth otherwise I will be at fault"

Thank goodness that the driver of this car had a dash cam.  We hope that the driver reversing in this case admitted fault, without the guy with the dash cam having to point out that the event and "whose fault it was" was recorded.  However some unscrupulous people would try to shift the blame in this situation that could leave you at risk if you don't have a dash cam
